§ 174.52 APPLICATION OF SECTION.
   This subchapter shall apply to all properties and animals existing upon the effective date of this subchapter, whereupon any keeping of animals, and any structures, cages, and/or coops used therefore, shall be discontinued or brought in conformity with this subchapter within three months of this subchapter becoming effective.
