§ 174.69 APPLICATION AND PRELIMINARY APPROVAL.
The Building and Trailer Committee shall issue preliminary approval to the applicant if the application appears on its face to be in compliance with this subchapter and if the skirting specifications are satisfactory. Such preliminary approval shall not unreasonably be withheld. Installation of the structure shall be complete within six months of preliminary approval by the Building and Trailer Committee. The applicant shall advise the Building and Trailer Committee within ten days of completion of installation that the structure is fully installed. Said structure shall then be inspected by the Building and Trailer Committee to determine compliance with the terms of the application. If such installation is in compliance, the Building and Trailer Committee shall make a recommendation to Village Council that a final permit shall issue. If such installation is not in compliance, the applicant shall have ten days to bring the structure into compliance or remove the structure from the village. If the applicant does not bring the structure into compliance within the stated time, the Building and Trailer Committee shall bring the matter before Village Council; the village may, in its discretion, cause the removal of the structure from the village and seek reimbursement for all expenses from the applicant. The applicant shall not be permitted to apply the application fee to the cost of removal.
