§ 174.66 EXEMPTIONS.
   That notwithstanding § 174.65, nothing contained in this subchapter shall in any way affect any such house trailer, mobile home, house car, camp car or similar type vehicle or structure now parked or used by any person as such living quarters, or any house trailer which was used for such purpose prior to the effective date of this subchapter.
