The village may permit the location of business trailers within the village limits for a period at the discretion of the Building and Trailer Committee. Whoever desires to place a business trailer within the limits of the village shall first receive written permission from the Building and Trailer Committee at least three days prior to the location of said trailer or trailers within the village. A fee of $15 shall be charged by the village for each such trailer permitted to be located within the village limits. No fee shall be charged for non-profit organizations applying for said permit. This subchapter shall not apply to concession trailers placed for celebration of Early American Days on Labor Day weekend. Such permission shall contain the maximum amount of time the structure may remain in the village limits, which shall not exceed 12 months.
