§ 174.30 NUISANCES IN CONNECTION WITH TREES, PLANTS AND SHRUBS.
   The following acts, things and conditions done or existing within this village are declared to constitute nuisances:
   (A)   Any tree which has fallen or is in such condition as is likely to fall on any public property, including but not limited to any public sidewalk, roadway, street, or alley, or private property, including the property upon which it is situated.
   (B)   Any tree, plant or shrub which branches or trunk obstruct or impede traffic on any public sidewalk, roadway, street, or alley.
   (C)   Any tree, plant, or shrub which will obstruct the view of traffic approaching an intersection by operators of vehicles approaching such intersection from another direction.
   (D)   Any tree, plant, or shrub which obstructs the proper distribution of light from street lamps.
   (E)   Any tree upon any street or public place or so near thereto as to permit the roots of the tree to penetrate through or under the surface thereof.
   (F)   Any tree, plant or shrub, wherever located within the village, infected with any parasite, insect, fungus or pest, which may be communicated to any other tree, plant or shrub.
