(a) No person shall paste, post or affix any placard, poster, notice or advertisement of any kind upon any public building, fence, gate or other property belonging to the City, or upon any pole erected by any telegraph, telephone, electric light or street railway company having authority to erect the same in the City, except on the premises owned by the City known as "The Point Stadium" and "The Roxbury Park Bandshell" and then only as follows:
(1) No placard, poster or advertisement erected at The Point Stadium and The Roxbury Park Bandshell shall include any political, alcoholic beverage or tobacco advertisements which are specifically prohibited, unless written authorization is granted by the City.
(2) Any revenues received by the City for the erection of proper placards, posters or advertisements at The Point Stadium or The Roxbury Park Bandshell shall be earmarked and placed in a special fund or account to be designated "Point Stadium Maintenance Account" and "The Roxbury Park Bandshell Maintenance Account," respectively, and shall be used for those purposes only.

(b) No person shall paste, paint, brand or stamp or in any manner whatsoever place upon or attach to any building, fence, bridge, gate, outbuilding or other property of another, whether within or without the limits of a street, any written, printed, painted or other advertisement, bill, notice, sign, card or poster, without first having obtained the written consent of the owner or tenant lawfully in possession or occupancy thereof.
(c) Nothing in this section shall be construed to prevent the posting or placing of any notice required by law or order of court, nor to prevent the posting or placing of any notice particularly concerning or pertaining to premises upon which the same is so posted or placed.

(a) No person shall:
(1) Damage tangible property of another intentionally, recklessly or by negligence in the employment of fire, explosives, water, poison gas or radioactive material;
(2) Intentionally or recklessly tamper with tangible property of another so as to endanger any person or property; or
(3) Intentionally or recklessly cause another to suffer pecuniary loss by deception or threat.
(b) Criminal mischief is a summary offense, and therefore a violation of this section, only if the actor intentionally causes pecuniary loss of five hundred dollars ($500.00) or less and does not substantially interrupt or impair public communication, transportation, supply of water, gas or power, or other public service. Otherwise, the actor shall be prosecuted under State law.

(a) No person, knowing that he or she is not licensed or privileged to do so, shall enter or remain in any place as to which notice against trespass is given by:
(1) Actual communication to the actor;
(2) Posting in a manner prescribed by law or reasonably likely to come to the attention of intruders; or
(3) Fencing or other enclosure manifestly designed to exclude intruders.
(b) Defiant trespass is a summary offense, and therefore a violation of this section, only if the actor does not defy an order to leave personally communicated to him or her by the owner of the premises or other authorized person. Otherwise, the actor shall be prosecuted under State law.
(c) It is a defense to prosecution under this section that:
(1) The premises were at the time open to members of the public and the actor complied with all lawful conditions imposed on access to or remaining in the premises; or
(2) The actor reasonably believed that the owner of the premises, or other person empowered to license access thereto, would have licensed him or her to enter or remain.
