(a) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no penalty is otherwise provided, is guilty of a summary offense and shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than fifteen dollars ($15.00).

(b) Whoever violates Section 482.195(i) is guilty of a summary offense and shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), together with the cost of prosecution and the actual cost of replacing the boot, if the same was damaged in any way, or shall be imprisoned for not more than ninety days, or all of the above.
