CHAPTER 285
Comprehensive Municipal Pension Trust Fund
EDITOR'S NOTE: The City has elected, by Resolutions 7769, passed December 31, 1985, and 7814, passed December 10, 1986, to establish a Comprehensive Municipal Pension Trust Fund, as authorized by Act 205 of 1984 (P.L. 1005), as amended. This Trust Fund shall act as a repository for the assets amassed by the City's various pension plans, and the payment of pension benefits and pension administrative costs shall be made from such Trust Fund.
   A Board of Trustees of the Comprehensive Municipal Pension Trust Fund has been established to administer such Fund. See Chapter 282.
   There are no sections in Chapter 285. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and any future legislation.
