Pensions and Retirement Generally

EDITOR'S NOTE: Resolution 8218, passed February 23, 1994, adopted the ICMA Retirement Corporation Deferred Compensation Plan, authorized execution of the Declaration of Trust of the ICMA Retirement Trust and designated the City Manager as City Coordinator for the Plan. Copies of such Resolution and such Plan may be obtained, at cost, from the City Clerk.
