CHAPTER 292
Bureau of Sewage Pension Fund
EDITOR'S NOTE: A Trust Agreement providing for a Pension Plan for full-time employees of the Johnstown Municipal Authority was executed on December 15, 1970, by the Authority and Edward P. Trofino, Harry C. Birkhimer and Charles E. Wessel, Trustees under the Johnstown Municipal Authority Pension Trust. Authorization for such execution was given by the Board of Directors of the Authority, by resolution, on November 20, 1970. Certification of such action by the Board was given by Harry C. Birkhimer, Secretary, on December 24, 1970. Full-time employees of the Bureau of Sewers, Department of Public Works, in the City, are covered by this Pension Plan and not the Plan provided for in Chapter 286 of these Codified Ordinances.
Copies of the Trust Agreement and of the Certification of the Board's action on November 20, 1970, may be obtained, at cost, from the City Clerk.
There are no sections in Chapter 292. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and any future legislation.
