284.5.02 AMENDMENTS TO PENSION ORDINANCES.
   Any pension ordinance in effect prior to the effective date of the Home Rule Charter shall be amended to provide that:
   (a)   The City Manager, the Director of Finance and the City Clerk shall serve on respective boards and funds, previously being held by the Mayor, the City Controller and the Director of Finance.
   (b)   Appointments to any board required by existing local ordinance or State statue shall be made by a vote of the majority of Council.
   (c)   All ordinances shall be adopted or amended so as to be in compliance with all requirements of the Municipal Pension Plan Funding Standard Recovery Act, Act 205 of 1984, or any mandated pension requirements.
   (d)   Certified copies of all official proceedings of pension funds and retirement boards shall be filed with the office of the City Clerk within fifteen days of such action.
