§ 94.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whenever in this chapter any act is prohibited or is made or declared to be unlawful, when no specific penalty is provided, the penalty shall be a fine not exceeding $1,000. Every day a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
   (B)   Any person violating § 94.023 shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $2,500. Each day such violation continues shall be considered a separate offense.

   (C)   Any person tried and convicted of violating the terms and provisions of §§ 94.036 through 94.042 shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $500. Any person tried and convicted of violating the terms and provisions of § 94.055 shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $300. Each day that any person shall violate any of the provisions of these sections shall constitute a separate offense and be punishable as separate offenses.

   (D)   Any person that disposes of prohibited materials by setting those materials out for collection as set out in § 94.044 will be subject to a fine not to exceed $2,500.

   (E)   Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of §§ 94.060 through 94.065 shall upon conviction thereof, pay a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $1,000 for each violation. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate and distinct offense under this chapter.

   (F)   Any person who shall violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions of §§ 94.090 or 94.091 shall upon conviction, pay a fine of not less than $10, nor more than $500 for each violation. Each day that the violation or noncompliance shall be permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
   (G)   The penalty for violation of any provision of § 94.135 shall be the cost of a replacement dumpster at that location, or a fine by the Hammond City Court in an amount not to exceed $2,500.
