   701.01 APPLICABILITY OF PROVISIONS.
   The provisions of this chapter pertaining to licensing procedure shall be applicable for all licenses issued under this Part Seven - Business Regulation Code except as may be otherwise specifically provided therein.
   701.02 DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TO ISSUE LICENSES.
   All licenses required by ordinances of the City shall be issued by the Director of Finance over his signature. (1931 Code §50.6010)
   701.03 TERM OF LICENSES.
   Every license issued under the authority of the City shall be issued for the period of the calendar year during or for which it is issued, or for any remaining portion of such calendar year, and shall expire at midnight, December 31, next after the date of its issue, except in the case of licenses issued not earlier than December 15 for the period of the ensuing calendar year.
