719.03 RENTAL OF PARKING SPACES.

   On specified sale dates, vendors may rent two parking spaces from the City at the rate of ten dollars ($10.00) per day. Such rent payment shall entitled the vendor to occupy the parking spaces from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on the dates included. Vendors who wish to rent such parking spaces shall file an application with the Director of Public Works. Upon approval of the application, the Director shall issue a permit and space assignments to the vendors. Only metered parking spaces shall be rented to vendors.
