9-1-4: REGULATIONS AT OR NEAR FIRES:
   (A)   Obstructing Streets Prohibited: It shall be unlawful for drivers to obstruct the streets leading to or near any fire so as to retard the operation of the city firefighting equipment, and for this purpose no driver shall drive his automobile upon or near the center of the street near or at said fire, and shall not park near any fire so as to hinder the firemen thereat. Upon the sounding of any siren on any firefighting equipment, on any street where said equipment is being driven, drivers of all motor vehicles on said streets shall immediately drive to the curb and remain there until said equipment has passed.
   (B)   Driving Over Fire Hose Prohibited: No driver shall run over any fire hose or other equipment of said fire department. (Ord. 149, 5-6-1969; amd. Ord. 265, 6-7-2005)
