It shall be unlawful for any person to drive an automobile or motor vehicle over and upon the streets or alleys of the city at a speed of more than twenty five (25) miles per hour. (Ord. 184, 2-10-1981)
Any person violating any of the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 113, 10-3-1950)
