8-1-1: IDAHO PENAL CODE ADOPTED:

The City hereby adopts the Idaho Penal Code "Crimes and Punishments" laws as set forth in title 18 of the Idaho Code. Said title 18 of the Idaho Code is incorporated herein by reference as if set forth at length in this Section. (Ord. 157, 12-7-71)

8-1-2: DISCHARGE OF WEAPONS:

   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person not a peace officer in the performance of his duty to discharge any gun, revolver, pistol or other firearm within the corporate limits of the City, except in the necessary defense of his person or property. (Ord. 2, 11-9-16)

   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to use or discharge devices or weapons commonly known as air guns, sling shots or flippers within the City limits. (Ord. 185, 1981)
