   EDITOR’S NOTE: Pursuant to Ordinance 2016-5, Council has adopted regulations concerning street and sidewalk opening permits which is codified in Chapter 902. In the event of any conflicts between this Chapter 901 and Chapter 902, Chapter 902 shall prevail.
