1501.01 ADOPTION.

   The Ohio Fire Code as contained in Ohio Administrative Code §1301:7-7-01 et seq., and as known as the “Ohio Fire Code” is hereby adopted as the Fire Code for the Village of Golf Manor, Ohio and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions, subsequent amendments and terms of said Fire Code are hereby referred to and adopted and made part hereof as of fully set out in this chapter. (Ord. 2007-10. Passed 8-13-07.)

1501.02 VIOLATIONS.

   No person shall violate any provision of the Fire Code; nor shall any person violate or fail to comply with any order made thereunder; nor shall any person build in violation of, or in noncompliance with, any statement of specifications or plans submitted and approved thereunder, or any certificate or permit issued thereunder.
