The restoration of any street opening or trench by the permittee shall be completed in a satisfactory temporary manner immediately after the purpose for which the opening or trench was made has been accomplished. Permanent restoration shall be completed within three months from such time. The surface of any such street opening or trench shall be restored with the same material as the original surface. Original sod surface shall be restored with a good grade of sod rather than by seeding.
