§ 9.20.999  PENALTY.
   (A)   General. Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 1.05.999.
   (B)   Abandoned refrigerators. Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of § 9.20.005 shall be fined not less than $75 nor more than $750 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (C)   Bonfires. Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of § 9.20.015 shall be fined not less than $75 nor more than $750 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (D)   Contagious diseases. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 9.20.030 through 9.20.050 or violating any of the reasonable rules of the Commissioner of Public Safety with regard to quarantined premises or disturbing or disregarding any notice of quarantine placed by or under the direction of the Commissioner of Public Safety shall be fined not less than $75 nor more than $750 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during which or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (E)   Explosives. Any person possessing, manufacturing, using, transporting or storing explosives in violation of § 9.20.070 shall be fined not less than $75 nor more than $750 and a separate offense shall be deemed committed during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (F)   Fireworks. Any person or corporation violating any provision of §§ 9.20.085 through 9.20.100 shall be fined not less than $75 nor more than $750 for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (G)   Flammable liquid storage. Any person storing the liquids in violation of § 9.20.115 shall be fined not less than $75 nor more than $750 for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (H)   Food dealers; generally. Any person, firm or corporation violating any provisions of §§ 9.20.130 through 9.20.145 shall be fined not less than $75 nor more than $750 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (I)   Restaurants. Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of §§ 9.20.160 through 9.20.165 shall be fined not less than $75 nor more than $750 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (J)   Scavenging of recyclable materials from curbside recycling bins. Any person, company, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of § 9.20.240 shall be punished by a fine or not less than $75 nor more than $750.
   (K)   Nuisances. Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of §§ 9.20.260 through 9.20.275 shall be fined not less than $75 nor more than $750 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each and every day during or on which a violation occurs or is permitted to continue.

   (L)   Prohibiting certain nuisances.  Any person who violates any provision of § 9.20.275 shall upon conviction be fined not less than $75 nor more than $750. Each hour during which a violation occurs shall be deemed a separate and distinct offense.
   (M)   Plants and weeds.  In addition to the lien remedy in §§ 9.20.290 through 9.20.330, any person who fails to abate a weed nuisance within five days of the notice provided for in § 9.20.305 shall be fined not less than $75 nor more than $750, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which the nuisance remains unabated.

   (N)   Signs and notices.  Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of §§ 9.20.350 through 9.20.360 shall be fined not less than $75 nor more than $750 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
