§ 9.20.350  UNAUTHORIZED SIGNS AND NOTICES ON PUBLIC PROPERTY PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person to erect, set up, post or affix in any manner to or upon public property, including but not limited to village buildings, fences, poles or upon any utility pole located upon village property, any sign, bill, poster, notice or other drawing or writing without the prior permission of the Village Council.
   (B)   The Village Council may, by resolution, authorize the Mayor to issue permits for the signs and notices, from time to time.
