§ 9.20.360  REMOVAL OF VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   The Commissioner of Public Health and Safety shall, from time to time, cause all items in violation of this subchapter to be removed by village employees from village property and destroyed.
   (B)   Upon authorization from any property owner, he or she may cause all the items in violation of this subchapter to be removed from the private property within the village.
