§ 91.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Generally. Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Encroachment on public right-of-way. Any person, firm or corporation violating §§ 91.001 through 91.003 shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $100 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed for each and every day during which a violation continues or exists.

   (C)   Digging up streets or alleys. Any failure to perform any of the requirements as set forth in §§ 91.035 through 91.040 shall subject the applicant to a fine of not less than $250 and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which the violation occurs or continues.

   (D)   Parkways. Any person who shall carelessly, negligently or willfully drive, ride upon or over any parkways hereby established or who shall deface, injure or destroy the parkway fences, hereby authorized to be erected or in any manner injure parkways or the fences hereby authorized to be erected, shall be subject to a fine of not less than $5 nor more than $100.

   (E)   Driving on sidewalks. Any person violating § 91.070 shall be subject to a penalty of not less than $10 nor more than $100.

   (F)   Damaging streets. For every violation of § 91.071, the person or persons shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $100 and shall be liable for all damages resulting to the pavements by the reason of the failure to comply with the requirements of this section, together with the costs of prosecution.

   (G)   Littering.
      (1)   Any person violating § 91.072(A) shall upon conviction be fined not less than $10 nor more than $100.
      (2)   Any person violating § 91.072(B) shall upon conviction be fined not less than $10 nor more than $100.
      (3)   Any person violating § 91.072(C) shall upon conviction be fined not less than $10 nor more than $100.

   (H)   Obstructing street, alley or sidewalk; moving buildings.
      (1)   Any person violating § 91.073(A) shall upon conviction be fined not less than $1 nor more than $10, and $5 additional for each day the same shall be allowed to remain after receiving notice.
      (2)   Any person violating § 91.073(B) shall upon conviction be fined and pay not less than $10 nor more than $100.
      (3)   Any person refusing or neglecting to obey the directions in § 91.073(C) shall be subject to a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $100, and may immediately be arrested to answer for the refusal or neglect.
      (4)   Any person violating § 91.073(D) shall upon conviction be fined under not less than $10 nor more than $100.
      (5)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates § 91.073(E) shall be subject to a penalty of not less than $10 nor more than $100.
      (6)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates § 91.073(F) shall be subject to a penalty of not less than $10 nor more than $100, and a penalty of $1 for each hour the obstruction shall remain after notice by the Mayor or Chief of Police to remove the same.
      (7)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates § 91.073(G) shall be subject to a penalty of not less than $10 nor more than $100, and a further penalty of $10 for each day the obstruction shall remain.
      (8)   Any railroad corporation who violates § 91.073(H) shall be subject to a penalty of not less than $10 nor more than $100.
      (9)   Any person who violates § 91.073(I) shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $100.
      (10)   Any person who violates § 91.073(J) shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $100.

   (I)   Dangerous activities on streets or sidewalks. Any person who violates § 91.074 shall be subject to a penalty of not less than $10 nor more than $100.

   (J)    Exhibiting for sale. Any person who violates § 91.075 shall be subject to a penalty of not less than $5 nor more than $100 for each offense.

   (K)    Removal of ropes, barricades or signs. Any person found guilty of violating § 91.076 shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $100 for each offense.
