§ 91.070 DRIVING ON SIDEWALKS.

No person shall cross or pass over or upon any sidewalk with any horse or other animal or team of animals, or any wagon, carriage, motor vehicle, carriage or other vehicle, or ride or drive thereon, except where street crossings are provided.
