§ 91.071 DAMAGING STREETS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, either by himself or herself, agent, employee or employees to run across, along or upon any of the paved streets in the city, any traction engine, or machine with endless tracts, without using sound, strong planks of sufficient strength and width to protect the pavements, two of the planks to be kept continually under the wheels of the engine while upon the pavement in a manner as to keep the wheels or tracts from touching the pavement.
