Playing ball by throwing, catching or in any other manner, flying kites, shooting darts or arrows, throwing pebbles or lead or iron balls with any kind of a sling, or by hand, upon any of the business streets or sidewalks, or the riding of velocipedes, motorcycles or bicycles, driving of automobiles upon the sidewalks, are strictly prohibited.
