§ 91.076 REMOVAL OF ROPES, BARRICADES OR SIGNS.
   No person, except those duly authorized by the Superintendent of Streets shall remove any rope, barricade or sign placed on any street or part of street by the officials of the city to denote that the street is roped off, barricaded, marked or posted that traveling thereon is prohibited.
