(a) The waterworks of the City shall be officially known as the Elyria Municipal Water Supply System ("EMWSS").
(b) The Water Pumping Plant shall be known as the Water Pumping Department. The billing department shall officially be known as Elyria Public Utilities Department. The distribution system shall be known as the Elyria Water Distribution Department. The Sanitation Department shall be known as the Elyria Sanitation Department.
