1160.02 PRINCIPALLY PERMITTED USES.
   Principally permitted uses are as follows:
   A.   Allied Health Facilities.
   B.   Automotive Sales.
   C.   Child Care Facilities.
   D.   Clubs.
   E.   Commercial Recreation.
   F.   Commercial Schools.
   G.   Convenience Business.
   H.   Dental and Medical Clinics.
   I.   Drive-In Facilities.
   J.   Educational Institutions.
   K.   Fast Food Restaurants.
   L.   Financial Institutions.
   M.   Government Buildings
   N.   Health Unit Office.
   O.   Hospitals.
   P.   Hotels/Motels.
   Q.    Kennels.
   R.   Neighborhood Retail Business.
   S.   Non-Commercial Recreation.
   T.   Nursing Homes.
   U.   Off-Premises Signs.

1160.03 PERMITTED ACCESSORY USES.
   Permitted accessory uses are as follows:
   A.   Any use customary and incidental to the permitted use.
   B.   Signs as regulated in Chapters 1173 and 1174.
   Accessory uses, other than signs, fences and parking facilities shall be located in the rear yard only and located not closer than six (6) feet from any lot line and covering not more than thirty-five percent (35%) of the required rear yard.

1160.04 CONDITIONALLY PERMITTED USES.
   Conditionally permitted uses are as follows:
   A.   Building Materials and Related Trades.
   B.   Cellular Communication Sites.
   C.   Contract Construction Services.
   D.   Motor Vehicle Cleaning Facility.
   E.   Medical Marijuana Dispensaries.

1160.05 MINIMUM LOT AREA AND WIDTH.
   There shall be no minimum lot area or width for properties in the B-G Business- General District.

1160.06 MINIMUM FRONT YARD SETBACK.
   There shall be no minimum front yard setback for properties in the B-G Business- General District except when the property abuts an R-District, in which case the minimum front yard setback shall be twenty (20) feet.
