1142.06 MINIMUM LOT FRONTAGE.
   Lot frontage for properties in the R-LD Residential-Low Density District shall not be less than seventy (70) feet; except that on curvilinear streets and on cul-de-sac turn arounds, the frontage may be reduced to forty-four (44) feet.

1142.07 MINIMUM FRONT YARD SETBACK.
   The minimum front yard setback for properties in the R-LD Residential-Low Density District shall be not less than thirty (30) feet.

1142.08 MINIMUM SIDE YARD SETBACK.
   The minimum side yard setback for properties in the R-LD Residential-Low Density District shall be as follows:
   A.   Single household detached dwellings shall have a minimum side yard of not less than eight (8) feet with a total minimum side yard setback of eighteen (18) feet.
   B.    Other uses shall have a minimum side yard of not less than ten (10) feet with a total minimum side yard setback of twenty-four (24) feet.

1142.09 MINIMUM REAR YARD SETBACK.
   The minimum rear yard setback for properties in the R-LD Residential-Low Density District shall be not less than thirty (30) feet.

1142.10 MAXIMUM HEIGHT REGULATIONS.
   The maximum height regulations for properties in the R-LD Residential-Low Density District are as follows:
   A.   No principal building shall exceed thirty-five (35) feet in height.
   B.   No accessory building shall exceed fifteen (15) feet in height.
