1114.04 SIDEWALKS AND HANDICAPPED RAMPS.
   Where required by the City Engineer and the Planning Commission, sidewalks and handicapped ramps, of such width and type of construction as required by Chapter 1115, shall be constructed.

1114.05 SANITARY SEWERS.
   Where public sanitary sewers are available, every subdivision shall be provided with a public sanitary sewer adequate to serve the area being platted into lots. All public sanitary sewer improvements shall be designed, constructed and installed in accordance with the standards and specifications of the City and as required in Chapter 1115.

1114.06 WATER SUPPLY.
   Every subdivision shall be provided with a drinking and fire protection water system adequate to serve the area being platted into lots. The subdivision shall be provided with a complete loop-type water distribution system, except as provided in Section 1115.06(d). All water improvements shall be designed, constructed and installed in accordance with the standards and specifications of the City and of Chapter 1115 of these Regulations.

1114.07 STORMWATER DRAINAGE SYSTEMS.
   Every subdivision shall provide for adequate stormwater detention/retention, with a stormwater sewer or drainage system adequate to serve the area being platted into lots. Stormwater drainage systems shall be designed, constructed and installed in accordance with Chapter 1115 and the standards and specifications of the City.

1114.08 STREET LIGHTING.
   The developer shall install street lighting fixtures, wiring and poles in accordance with the standards and specifications of the Safety-Service Director and the utility company, unless waived by the Planning Commission. The developer shall pay all costs of construction for all street lighting.

1114.09 ELECTRIC AND TELEPHONE LINES; TELEVISION CABLES.
   In all subdivisions, underground electric current and telephone lines and television cable shall be buried in accordance with the specifications and standards set forth by the appropriate utility company.

1114.10 MONUMENTS.
   At least four permanent boundary markers shall be provided in each plat of ten lots of less. The developer shall cause to be placed as many additional permanent markers as the surveyor deems necessary to properly control his or her original survey. Such permanent markers shall be placed in a manner so that the line of sight between such markers can be observed from one marker to the other.
   All stone, concrete or iron pin markers shall be at least thirty inches long and the bottom of such markers shall be set at least thirty inches below finished grade.
