Any violation of any provision in this chapter shall be a class 1 misdemeanor punishable with incarceration up to six (6) months in jail and subject to a fine of not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and not to exceed two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00) for each day the violation continues.
