17-28: VIOLATION FOR FAILURE TO USE TRUCK ROUTES:
It shall be a civil traffic violation for any vehicle exceeding the gross vehicular weight as hereinafter set forth to travel upon or park on, at, or near any thoroughfare, parking lot, garage, or empty lot in the city, except as hereinafter set forth. (Ord. 84-216 § 1, 4-9-1984)
