A. Single Lane Two-Way Traffic Only: Only single lane two-way traffic shall be permitted along Main Street in the city, unless such street is otherwise designated and marked, and the operator of a motor vehicle shall operate such vehicle in a manner so as to keep the said vehicle within the driving lanes so provided along said street.
B. Passing Prohibited: The operator of a motor vehicle is prohibited from and shall not pass another motor vehicle headed in the same direction along Main Street, except at such locations along said street as may be designated and marked to allow for two (2) lanes of side by side traffic, in each or either direction. In no event shall the operator of a motor vehicle cross any double yellow lines to his left when passing any other moving vehicle on Main Street.
C. U-turns Prohibited: The operator of a motor vehicle is prohibited from and shall not make U-turns along the said Main Street except at intersections of streets connected therewith. (Ord. 76-133 §§ 2, 3, 5, 10-11-1976; Ord. 84-215 § 5, 4-9-1984)
