17-23: BACKING TO CURB TO LOAD OR UNLOAD:
A vehicle used for the transportation of merchandise or materials may back to the curb to take on or discharge loads only for that period of time necessary for the expeditious loading or unloading of said vehicle. (Ord. 10 § 3, 3-22-1950; Ord. 13(B) § 3, 5-18-1950)
