Upon those streets which have been marked for angle parking, vehicles shall be parked at the angle to the curb indicated by such mark or sign, except that no vehicle shall extend vertically from the curb a greater distance than fifteen feet (15'), and shall park between lines; upon those streets that have been designated for angle parking which have not been marked or signed, the operator of a vehicle shall park such vehicle at an angle of forty five degrees (45°) perpendicular from the edge of the roadway headed at an angle toward the direction of the traffic.
