There is hereby established a Revitalization Commission (formerly Downtown Advisory Commission) for the City. The Commission shall provide recommendations upon matters of concern that implement the City's strategic objectives for both potentially historic structures and the revitalization/redevelopment of buildings and structures within the City. These objectives shall be achieved using adopted plans, standards, ordinances, guidelines and other supportive directives previously adopted by the City Council.
