13-26.7: FORFEITURE OF WEAPON USED IN COMMISSION OF A MISDEMEANOR:
Every person who uses or displays in any manner a weapon in the course of the commission of a misdemeanor which results in a conviction shall forfeit to the city such weapon. (Ord. 15-833, 1-12-2015)
