13-22.20: CONFIDENTIALITY OF ALARM INFORMATION:
   A.   All information gathered through:
      1.   Alarm registrations; and/or
      2.   Activations of false alarms; and/or
      3.   The appeals process
must be held in confidence by all employees of the City of Eloy and its third party administrator if applicable. Such information is proprietary and is hereby declared confidential. A disclosure of such information would violate the customer's right to privacy and could endanger that person's right to safety.
   B.   Absent special circumstances or court order, all such information must not be released to the public or any other person.
   C.   This information may be released by the Alarm Administrator only upon instruction from the Chief of Police or City Manager. (Ord. 17-871, 8-14-2017)
