13-22.11: PROHIBITED DEVICES:

A. No person shall operate a security alarm system in the City of Eloy that has a siren, bell or other signal audible from any property adjacent to the alarm site that sounds for longer than five (5) consecutive minutes after the alarm is activated.

B. No person shall operate a security alarm system in the City of Eloy that is programmed for "one-plus" duress alarms. (Ord. 17-871, 8-14-2017)
