A. An alarm dispatch request may be canceled only by the alarm business initiating the request within three (3) minutes after dispatch and prior to the point the responding police officer(s) arrival at the alarm site.
B. Alarm dispatch request may be canceled in accordance with the procedures established by the Alarm Administrator and approved by 911, police dispatch and by the alarm business making the original request. (Ord. 17-871, 8-14-2017)
