13-21: VEHICLE USE ON PRIVATE LAND; DISPLAY OF PERMIT:
Any person operating, driving or leaving a vehicle described in section 13-20 of this chapter on private property shall, upon request of any peace officer, display the permit issued under the terms of section 13-20 of this chapter.
