13-15.1: DECLARATION OF POLICY:
It is hereby declared to be the policy of the city to prohibit unnecessary, excessive and annoying noises from all sources subject to its police power. At certain levels, noises are detrimental to the health and welfare of the citizenry and in the public interest shall be systematically proscribed. (Ord. 00-502 § 2, 12-11-2000; Ord. 07-704 § 1, 7-23-2007)
