A. No person shall, by threat or use of violence or physical force, or by threatening to do or doing any other act that can be reasonably anticipated to cause physical harm to any person, intentionally obstruct, impede, or interfere with any officer, employee, contractor, or authorized representative of the city who is lawfully and constitutionally engaged in the enforcement or execution of this section 13-14.
B. Violation of this section 13-14 is a class 1 misdemeanor punishable by a term of not less than one day in jail, and/or a five hundred seventy five dollar ($575.00) fine. A judge may suspend the imposition of any portion or all the fines and jail terms required by this section. (Ord. 07-704 §§ 1, 3, 7-23-2007)
