2-80: ESTABLISHED:

There is hereby established a Board of Adjustment composed of six (6) members (5 voting members and 1 ex officio nonvoting member). The Board shall carry out its duties pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes, Section 9-462.06 and any amendments thereto.
