11A-8: PENALTY:

Any person, firm or corporation who violates this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed three hundred dollars ($300.00). Each day a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 91-357 § 4, 12-9-1991)
