A. The property owner and/or lessee shall maintain all landscape materials and landscaped areas in accordance with the approved landscape plan.
B. An irrigation system shall be provided to all landscaped areas containing living plant materials, unless otherwise approved.
C. The property owner and/or lessee shall be notified by the building inspection department of alleged violation of this section at least sixty (60) days prior to legal action being taken to correct the alleged violation.
D. Lack of maintenance as above described shall constitute a violation of this chapter. The property owner and/or occupant or lessee shall be held jointly and severally liable for any infraction of the requirements set forth in this section. (Ord. 91-357 § 1, 12-9-1991)
