10A-5: APPEARANCE BY DEFENDANT:
   A.   The defendant shall, within ten (10) days of the issuance of the complaint, appear in person, or through his attorney, in magistrate court and shall either admit or deny the allegations contained in the complaint.
   B.   If the defendant admits the allegations, the court shall enter judgment against the defendant, and shall impose a civil sanction pursuant to the guidelines set forth in section 10A-2 of this chapter.
   C.   If the defendant denies the allegations, the court shall set the date for a hearing of the matter. (Ord. 95-390, 2-13-1995)
