10A-4: AUTHORITY TO ISSUE CIVIL COMPLAINTS:
   A.   Any peace officer, or a duly authorized agent of the city manager, may issue a civil complaint for a violation of chapter 10, article III of this code.
   B.   A "duly authorized agent" shall mean an individual employed by the city who has been appointed by the city manager to have the authority to issue chapter 10, article III code violation complaints. (Ord. 95-390, 2-13-1995; Ord. 13-822, 9-23-2013)
